Bulgogi for 3 people Sweet and Korean taste recipe

Sweet and Korean Bulgogi Recipe (3 servings)

Ingredients:
– 1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
– 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
– 3 green onions, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon rice wine (mirin)
– 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
– 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (for cooking)

Cooking sequence:

1. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, and rice wine (mirin) to prepare the marinade.

2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well, ensuring each slice is coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, but overnight for the best flavor.

3. Heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Add the thinly sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent and slightly caramelized.

5. Remove the onion from the skillet and set aside. Keep the skillet on heat.

6. In the same skillet, cook the marinated beef slices in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each batch for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.

7. Once cooked, add the sautéed onion back to the skillet and mix well with the beef.

8. Toss in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute, allowing flavors to meld.

9. Remove from heat and transfer the bulgogi to a serving dish.

10. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.

Serve the Sweet and Korean Bulgogi with steamed rice, kimchi, and other side dishes for a complete meal. Enjoy the delicious and flavorful Korean taste!
