Kebab for 2 people Spicy Recipe

Spicy Kebab Recipe (2 servings):

Ingredients:
– 300g ground lamb or beef
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
– Juice of 1/2 lemon

Cooking Sequence:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, chili powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
2. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Add the olive oil, chopped parsley, cilantro, and lemon juice to the mixture. Mix again to incorporate the flavors.
4. Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
5. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
6. Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into oblong kebab patties or cylinders around the skewers.
7. Grill the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nicely charred exterior.
8. While grilling, baste the kebabs with any leftover marinade or olive oil to keep them moist.
9. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
